SHIPPING + HANDLING POLICY

We strive to get your packages out to you as quickly as possible. We love seeing you get your nail mail as much as you love getting it. With that being said we are a small business with no employees, we do everything! So a little grace would be appreciated.

Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. During new releases or sales please allow up to 10 business days to process your order. 

SHIPPING RATES 

Flat Rate Canadian Shipping $12 for single orders over $40 after discounts (before taxes). 

Flat Rate USA Shipping  $12 For orders $40 and over $11 For orders $39 and under

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP in Chilliwack, BC.  Please choose *LOCAL PICKUP* at checkout. An email will be sent once your order is ready. If you could email back and give a day and time frame for when you'd like to pick up we can make sure it's outside the front door for you if no one will be home. 

* Please be sure to choose the correct shipping option.  If you choose *LOCAL PICKUP ONLY* but are not local, you will receive an invoice for shipping and your package will not receive a shipping label until the invoice is paid.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING rates are calculated by weight and distance at checkout.  We currently ship to most of the world.

WCD is not responsible for any international duties, taxes or fees upon arrival to the destination country or port.

Lost Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the mail carriers we do not have any control. It is a very unfortunate part of having an online business. We have taken steps to help rectify lost packages by adding the optional add on of Route Insurance. If you have purchased Route Insurance for your package please contact them directly at shoppers.help.route.com and they will remedy the problem.

Late Packages

Unfortunately we have no control over the travel time of packages. We get them out ASAP but have no control over the time it takes to get to it's destination. Please check your Tracking number on the Canada Post site or your local carriers site as they sometimes have more up to date information. If you do not have your package after 4 weeks please contact Route Insurance shoppers.help.route.com if you purchased it. If you did not please contact Canada Post at 1-866-607-6301 and support@westcoastdips.ca and we will open an investigation.

PACKAGES WITH INCORRECT ADDRESSES

 Please verify your address before completing your order, WCD is not responsible for any shipping addresses entered incorrectly on orders.  

REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of these products. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is missing from your order  please contact us at support@westcoastdips.ca

    Order Changes and Combining

    Orders cannot be changed once placed. Please make sure you use any discount codes before checking out. If placing multiple orders please contact support@westcoastdips.ca before placing the second order if you want to combine the shipping. I will always do my best to combine orders and save you shipping but cannot guarantee.
