Do you love glow in the dark nails but can't find the glow colours you want?

Then Essence was made for you! Put this clear dip powder on top of any manicure to have glow in the dark nails. Essence glows blue/green on her own but could glow a different colour depending on what is underneath. Although Essence can be put on top of anything, sometimes she can slightly diminish the beautiful sparkle on glitter so use at your own risk. I for one need all the sparkle I can get so stick to using her on top of solid colours.
