SHIPPING + HANDLING POLICY

We strive to get your packages out to you as quickly as possible. We love seeing you get your nail mail as much as you love getting it! With that being said, we are a small business with no employees — we do everything ourselves — so a little grace is always appreciated. 💖
Orders will be processed within 1–5 business days. During new releases or sales, please allow up to 10 business days to process your order.
SHIPPING RATES
Flat Rate Canadian Shipping through Canada Post: $15 for single orders over $50 after discounts (before taxes).
FREE LOCAL PICK-UP in Chilliwack, BC.
Please choose LOCAL PICKUP at checkout. An email will be sent once your order is ready.
If you could email back with a day and time frame for pickup, we’ll make sure it’s waiting outside for you if no one will be home.
Please be sure to choose the correct shipping option.
If you choose LOCAL PICKUP ONLY but are not local, you will receive an invoice for shipping and your order will not be shipped until that invoice is paid.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates are calculated by weight and distance at checkout.
We currently ship to most of the world.
🚫 WCD is not responsible for any international duties, taxes, customs, tariffs, or fees charged upon arrival to the destination country or port. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
REFUSED OR RETURNED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid duties, customs, or import fees, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
West Coast Dips does not cover or refund any customs, duty, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier or your country’s import authority.
Once the returned package is received and inspected, we will refund the product cost only, minus any shipping costs and any customs, duty, or return fees billed back to us by the courier.
If you would like your order re-shipped, please contact us — additional shipping costs will apply.
We completely understand that unexpected customs or duty fees can be frustrating! Unfortunately, these charges are set by your country’s import office and are beyond our control. We’ll always do our best to help you resolve it fairly.
LOST PACKAGES
Once a package is in the hands of the mail carriers, we do not have control over its delivery time or handling. It’s an unfortunate part of online shopping, but we’ve added the optional Route Insurance to help protect your order.
If you purchased Route Insurance, please contact them directly at shoppers.help.route.com and they will assist you.

LATE PACKAGES
We have no control over carrier delays once your package has been shipped. Please track your package using your provided tracking number.
If you haven’t received your package after 4 weeks, contact Route Insurance (if purchased) or reach out to:

PACKAGES WITH INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your address before completing your order.
WCD is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
ORDER CHANGES AND COMBINING
Orders cannot be changed once placed. Please use any discount codes before checkout.
If placing multiple orders, contact support@westcoastdips.ca before placing the second order if you’d like them combined. We’ll always do our best to save you shipping, but cannot guarantee it.
REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of our products.
