Instructions, Dip the first layer as usual, for the second layer shimmy the jar to bring the floral pieces to the top then dip. Use a bit of dip base on any bare spots on your nail and a toothpick to pick up floral pieces and hand place them. Always encapsulate with Crystal Clear.
